Unlike basic e-signature services, vSign combines hardware-bound TPM security, RFC 3161 trusted timestamps, and multi-chain blockchain anchoring to create signatures that are not just legally valid — they're cryptographically provable and immutable.

If a signature carries the vSign Guarantee™, it means: The signer's identity was verified, the document was timestamped by a trusted authority, and the signature is permanently recorded on the blockchain.

How vSign Guarantee Works

Document Upload & Preparation

Upload your document to the Veritize platform. Define signature fields, signers, and the signing order. The document is hashed and a unique identifier (VID) is assigned.

Signer Identity Verification

Each signer verifies their identity through the configured method: email link, SMS code, knowledge-based authentication, government ID scan, or biometric verification.

TPM-Bound Signature Creation

The signer applies their signature. The signing event is bound to their TPM-secured device, creating a hardware attestation that proves the signature came from a specific, verified device.

RFC 3161 Timestamping

A trusted timestamp authority issues a cryptographic timestamp proving the exact moment of signing. This timestamp is embedded in the signed document.

Blockchain Anchoring

The document hash, signature, timestamp, and audit trail are anchored to multiple blockchains. This creates an immutable record that can never be altered or deleted.

Certificate of Completion

All parties receive the signed document with an embedded vSign Guarantee™ certificate containing blockchain transaction IDs, timestamp tokens, and verification QR codes.
